What's Been Said...
“At St. James you can make new friends without leaving the building. I am very happy living here. There are many activities; something for everyone. My apartment is large enough so I don’t feel closed-in, yet it’s small enough to easily maintain. I enjoy the relative quietness of the community, and it’s landscaped nicely, though I am looking forward to the trees getting bigger.”
Jackie T., resident at St. James Senior Estates

Events & Health Education
Throughout the year at St. James Senior Estates, many different special events are offered to the residents, as well as to those residing outside the community. One week might feature a senior exercise program and the next might feature a guest speaker sharing his or her expertise regarding hip and knee replacement. Then, later in the month, there might be a holiday barbeque with live music, a choir performance in the chapel or any of the the other countless other fun, relaxing and educational events that are regularly scheduled at St. James Senior Estates.

In addition, we believe that seniors can benefit greatly by learning more about the benefits of exercise, positive aging and other health-related matters. That's why we will use this valuable space to share important health education with you.
